1. Overview

This policy explains what evryeleven ("we", "us") collects when you use evryeleven.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form and the minimal technical data any website receives, and we use it only to respond to you and run the Site.

2. Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the form we receive the name, email address, and project description you enter. That's the only information the form sends.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve the Site and protect it from abuse.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays contact-form submissions to our inbox at team@evryeleven.com.
• Vercel hosts the Site and processes standard server logs.
• Font and script CDNs (Fontshare, Google Fonts, unpkg, cdnjs) serve the Site's fonts and libraries; your browser requests those files directly from them.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.

6. Data retention

We keep contact-form emails as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any project that follows, then delete them in the ordinary course of business.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@evryeleven.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (such as the GDPR or Texas privacy statutes).

8. Children

The Site is a business site for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
